摘  要:采用构建16S rDNA克隆文库的非培养方法,对古井贡酒窖泥细菌的群落结构及其多样性进行研究。结果表明:文库含有57个分类操作单元(OTU),793个克隆中未知菌类占60.78%,其中5个克隆得不到任何比对信息,占0.63%。已知菌类分别属于Firmicutes(31.16%)、Proteobacteria(3.55%)、Bacteroidetes(3.79%)、Synergistetes(0.63%)、Actinobacteria的Atopobium(0.13%)。已知菌类也多半为非培养细菌,其中Firmicutes占多数,但是其中也有一半的细菌相似度偏低,需要进一步验证。16S rDNA clone library technique was conducted to analyze the bacterial community diversity in pit mudof GuJingGong liquor.All clone strains were classified to 56 OTUs.Of all the 793 clones,60.78% were unknownspecies,and 5 sequences(0.63% )could not be found any information in Genebank.The known bacteria belongedto Firmicutes( 31. 16% ), Proteobacteria( 3.55 % ), Bacteroidetes (3.79%), Synergistetes (0.63 % ) and Actinobacteria(0.13%).Most of the known bacteria were also found as uncultured, of which, Firmicutes was the majority. Half ofFirmicutes bacteria require further verification since they had a relatively low similarity in BLAST analysis.
