摘 要:目的:研究降低蚕蛹油胆固醇含量的方法,为蚕蛹油的进一步开发提供参考。方法:采用物理吸附法吸附蚕蛹油中胆固醇,选用阿拉伯树胶、中性氧化铝、硅镁型吸附剂、β-环糊精、活性白土、碱性氧化铝作为吸附剂,以比色法测定皂化后蚕蛹油中的胆固醇含量。结果表明,所研究的6种吸附剂中,中性氧化铝对蚕蛹油胆固醇的脱除效果最佳,当中性氧化铝的添加量为18%、65℃下搅拌吸附2.5h时,蚕蛹油中胆固醇的脱除率达到54.76%。结论:中性氧化铝可较好地降低蚕蛹油中胆固醇含量,且对蚕蛹油品质无不良影响。Objective:This study aimed at establishing a physical adsorption method for removing cholesterol fromsilkworm oil,to provide a reference for the further exploitation of silkworm oil.Methods:The cholesterol content in thesilkworm chrysalis oil after saponification was determined by colorimetric method; gum arabic, neutral alumina,Si-Mg adsorbent, β- Cyclodextrin, activate alumina and basic alumina were chosen as adsorbents. Results. Theresults showed that,neutral alumina was the best for the removal of cholesterol from silkworm oil,54.76% of thecholesterol in silkworm oil was removed when it was treated with 18% added neutral alumina at 65℃ for 2.5h.Conclusions:The cholesterol in silkworm oil could be better reduced by the neutral alumina.Furthermore, neutralalumina had little impact on the quality of silkworm oil.
