摘　　要：高职校园英语文化生态的构建与优化,是高职教育生态的重要因子。高职校园英语文化生态,在内涵上包括课内课程教学、第二课堂(企业、社区)英语文化活动、校园视觉(网络、有声、移动终端)英语环境、师生良好个体心理环境等;在建设路径上应融入企业、社区文化,借鉴大学生喜闻乐见的节目组织形式,并充分利用国际交流平台。The construction and improvement of culture ecosystem of campus English is an important part of education ecosystem in vocational colleges. The connotation of culture ecosystem of campus English includes course teaching, second classroom （enterprise and community）, English cultural activities, campus visual English environment （network, vocal and mobile terminal） and good individual psychology of both teachers and students. As for its way, it is important to integrate with the enterprise and community culture, organizing the activities that are widely accepted by college students and making the best use of the international communication platform.
