摘　　要：本文根据我国英语学习及教育现状,通过对输入、转化与输出三个阶段在英语语言教学及学习中的作用及地位的分析,指出了大学英语教学及学生学习方法中存在的问题,并提出了相应的策略,旨在提高大学英语教学的质量及学生的实际应用能力。This paper analyzes the function and status of the lan-guage input, the transformation of language and the language output in the process of English teaching and learning according to the situation. It points out the problems in college English teaching and learning. The corresponding solutions are given. This paper is designed to improve the quality of college English teaching and students＇ practical ability.
