摘　　要：由于我国高校教育体制的特殊性,学生社团组织作用与西方差别较大,随着高校改革的推进,如何增强其功能,实现激励目标,以促进学生自我教育,提高管理成效,是高校学生管理者目前探索实践的重点。Due to the particularity of university education system in China, the functions of student associations are greatly diff er-ent from those of Western countries. With the progress of univer-sity reform, how to enhance the functions of student associations and realize the incentive objectives, in order to promote students＇ self-education and improve the education effectiveness, is a key point of the current exploration and practice of university student administrators.
