意大利蜡菊乙醇提取物的杀菌活性研究

摘　　要：意大利蜡菊乙醇提取物具有较好的杀菌、抑菌性能。本实验对意大利蜡菊中的抑菌物质进行了乙醇提取,并对意大利蜡菊乙醇提取物的杀菌性能进行了研究,从实验结果可知意大利蜡菊提取物对于金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门氏菌等食源性病原菌以及耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌显示了良好的杀菌效果。并且意大利蜡菊提取物能有效抑制金黄色葡萄球菌肠毒素A的产生。本实验中,在BHI液体培养基中添加意大利蜡菊提取物的浓度为0.02%,0.05%时显示了良好的杀菌效果,并能有效抑制肠毒素A的产生。最后我们对意大利蜡菊乙醇提取物进行了抗菌成分的分析,从实验结果可知,碱性成分与酸性成分没有显示抗菌活性,中性成分和酚性成分对所有试验菌株显示了抗菌活性。The ethanol extracts of Helichrysum Italicum has a fine bactericidal and antibacterial performance. The experimental results shows that the ethanol extracts of Helichrysum Italicum has obvious bactericidal effect on various types of food borne pathogens such as Staphylococcus aureus, salmonella and the Methicillin - resistant Staphylococcus aureus. The ethanol extracts of Helichrysum italicum can inhibit Staphylococcus aureus to produce enterotoxin. During this ex- periment, when the ethanol extracts concentration was 0. 02% and 0. 05%, it showed good bactericidal effect. At the same time, it has obvious effect on the inhibition of enterotoxin A. Antibacterial composition was analyzed. The result is that the basic and acidic composition has no antibacterial activity, neutral compounds and phenolic compounds have bactericidal effect on all test strains.
