大学生营养配餐的需求调查与推广对策——以井冈山大学为例

摘　　要：通过对井冈山大学在校学生的问卷调查,分析大学生对营养配餐的态度及需求,并就如何通过推广营养配餐,提高大学生膳食营养知识和健康水平提出建议,为高校充分利用本校资源推广营养配餐和提高饮食服务机构的服务水平提供参考。According to the survey on students enrollment of Jinggangshan University, this paper analyzed the attitudes and demands of the undergraduates to the nutrition recipe, and also maked the suggestions that how to improve the students’ knowledge and health level of dietary and nutrition by spreading the nutrition recipe, moreover it provides the reference for optimizing the use of college resources to spread the nutrition recipe and raising the level of catering services organization.
