摘 要:文章采取整体抽样的方法,随机抽取了云南省沧源佤族自治县125名佤族中学生作为被试,分析佤族中学生英语学习与民族认同之间的关系。研究结果:(1)描述性统计分析结果显示,佤族中学生的本民族认同和中华民族认同的均值得分都高于3.0,整体上处于良好状态,但佤族中学生对本民族的认同度明显高于对中华民族的认同;(2)佤族中学生的学习成绩在本民族认同方面达到了统计上的显著性,但在中华民族认同方面没有显著性差异;(3)从民族认同的三个维度来看,英语成绩在本民族归属感、本民族文化两方面均达到了统计上的显著性,而与本民族社会认同、中华民族归属感、中华民族文化认同和中华民族社会认同之间不存在显著的相关性。This paper presents an empirical quantitative sampling research on 125 Wa middle school students in Cangyuan Wa Nationality Autonomous County,Yunnan for the purpose of analyzing the relationship between their English learning and national identification. Results of the research include: 1) descriptive statistics show that while the average value of national identification of the Wa middle school students for both their own nationality and the Chinese nationality in general exceeds 3. 0,which is satisfactory,that for their own nationality is notably higher than that for the Chinese nationality; 2) there is a positive correlation between achievements on English learning and their identification for their own nationality instead of for the Chinese nationality in general; and 3) there is a positive correlation between achievements on English learning and their identification for their own nationality and national culture instead for their own national society,identification with the Chinese nation,the Chinese culture or the Chinese society.
