摘　　要：江西农村中小学教师教育技术能力的培训具有非持续性、去情境性、非个性化等特点.本研究采用模块化的设计思想,以学习者为中心,建构网络培训平台.在培训平台的支持下采用生成性培训方法,有效解决当前江西农村中小学教师教育技术能力培训中的问题.Rural primary and secondary school teachers＇ educational technology ability training had some problems,such as persistent,situational,personalized. We adopted the modularized design,learner-center idea,builded a network of training platform,and used generative training methods to,rural primary and secondary school teachers＇ educational technology ability training. It resolved those problems effectively in Jiangxi.
