摘  要:板栗是我国有名的传统农副产品,风味独特,营养丰富。红枣具有极高的营养价值,富含蛋白质、糖类、多种氨基酸、胡萝卜素、维生素和钙、磷、铁等多种矿物质,号称"天然维生素丸"。本文主要介绍了板栗和红枣的营养价值和保健功能,并分析了当前板栗和红枣在食品方面的研究热点和利用现状,阐明了板栗红枣饮料的广阔发展前景。Chinese chestnuts is a famous traditional agricultural products with its unique flavor and nutrition. Red jujube named";Vitamin pill in nature"; are rich in protein, sugar, amina-acids, carotene, VB, VC, Ca, P, Fe and other nutritional elements. In this paper, the nutrition and healthy function of chinese chestnuts and red jujube were introduced, the research focus and utilization situation as food were analysed and the broad development prospects of blending beverage with chinese chestnuts and red dates were illuminated.
