摘　　要：在化学实验教学中引入戴明循环,并充分把握好计划、实施、检查、处理四个阶段的运行过程,通过循环运转,推动实验教学管理体系的持续改进,并通过管理实验教学过程逐步提高实验教学质量。Putting the PDCA circulation method into the chemical experiment teaching. It is fully apply the stage of plan, inspection, implementation, and treatment to the chemical experiment practicing of teaching quality in management system. It can prolong the experiment teaching management system by means of continuous working circulation and improve the quality of experiment teaching quality in the process.
