摘 要:教学反思能提高教师教学水平,促进教师专业发展。但我国教师教学反思能力欠缺,这多少与高师院校对师范生教学反思能力的重视不足有关。在反思型教师的培养逐渐前移到职前教师教育阶段的大背景下,培养师范生教学反思能力已刻不容缓。培养师范生教学反思能力,需要加深他们对教学反思的认识,加强他们对教学反思的体验,并促使他们养成教学反思的习惯。Teaching reflection can improve teachers'teaching and promote their professional development. Teachers in our country, However, are lack of teaching reflection ability, which is somehow related to the inadequate attention paid to the teaching reflection ability of normal university studetns. Given the fact that training the teachers with reflection ability has shifted to pre - service teacher'education, developing normal university students'teaching reflection ability allows of no delay. So it is essential to deepen normal university students'understanding of the teaching reflection, strengthen their experience of teaching reflection, and encourage them to develop a habit of teaching reflection.
