摘　　要：历史和现实的经验表明 ,扫盲后续教育发展的速度、规模、质量与效益 ,主要取决于各种保障措施的完善、落实与否 ,为此 ,有必要从方针政策、组织管理、资源配置、教学监测诸方面 ,构建起促进我国扫盲后继续教育健康发展的质量保障系统。The historical and practical experience shows that the speed, size, quality and efficiency of the continuing education depends on whether the ensure implementations can be improved and carried out.thus it's necessary for us to form a quality ensure system in the aspects of the politics, organizing, resource allocating and teaching testing. So that our country's continuing education can develop in a healthy way.
