摘  要:对杭州4所高职院校788名学生为样本的调查表明,高职学生专业承诺、学业自我效能感与学业倦怠之间具有内在的关系。数据显示高职学生厌学情况比较严重,特别是大二阶段的学生;高职学生学业倦怠情况在学科之间有比较明显的差异,文科学生厌学情况尤为明显。要重视高职学生学业倦怠情况,关注大二学生群体,注重课程设置改革,提升他们学业成就感。Absract: This paper constructs the theoretical model, in order to hangzhou vocational colleges by four different professional, different grade of 788 vocational college students as the research samples, discusses college students' professional commitment, academic self-efficacy and the relationship between the learning burnout, reveals the intrinsic factors that affect higher vocational college students' school burnout. Data showed that higher vocational college students' learning situation is more serious, especially the college students of grade, higher vocational college students' school burnout situation there are obvious differences between disciplines, particularly tired of liberal arts students. Finally, from the emphasis on higher vocational college students learning burnout situation, pay attention to a sophomore students, the curriculum reform, promote academic achievement, etc. Countermeasures are put forward.
