摘　　要：实施“以器官系统为中心”课程模式是当前医学院校推进医学教育改革的重要举措,对提高医学教育质量、培养优秀医学人才具有重要意义.本文分析了现阶段我国临床医学教育综合改革的背景与发展趋势,介绍了开展“以器官系统为中心”课程模式改革的重要意义,并结合辽宁医学院的实践,提出了在临床医学教育中构建“以器官系统为中心”课程模式的措施和建议.With the development of China＇ s reform in medical and health system, Ministry of Education and Ministry of Health jointly held a national work conference on the reform of medical education, and conducted a comprehensive deployment to promote the comprehensive reform in clinical medicine education. ＂The organ system-oriented＂ curriculum reform is currently an important way to reform medical education in medical schools, and is of great significance for improving teaching quality to cultivate excellent medical talents. In this paper, the background and developing trend of the current comprehensive reform in clinical medicine education in our country were analyzed, and the great significance of ＂the organ system-oriented＂ curriculum reform was introduced. And combining the work practice of Liaoning Medical University, the author put forward the measures and suggestions concerning the construction of ＂the organ system-oriented＂ curriculum model.
