摘　　要：培养师范生教学技能是高师院校一项十分重要的任务。加强对高师院校音乐专业师范生教学技能的系统性培养,是为中小学输送合格音乐教育人才的重要保证。本文分析了当前我国高师院校音乐专业师范生教学技能培养中存在的问题,探讨了高师院校音乐专业师范生教学技能系统性培养的策略。It is an important task to cultivate students＇ teaching skills in normal colleges and universities. To strengthen the training of teaching skills of music major students in college and university is the guarantee of providing qualified music teachers for primary and secondary schools. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the music major students＇ teaching skills training,and discusses the systemic training strategy of the music major students＇ teaching skills in normal colleges and universities.
