摘　　要：教育思维方式主导着教育者的运思方向与言说方式,它虽然是无形的,却像"灵魂"一样贯彻并支配着整个教育教学活动。由非此即彼、简单化、绝对化的实体思维向关系先在、辩证统一、多元融合的关系思维转换,是我国教育的当务之急。应将教育视为一个"关系性"的存在,立足"关系"处理好教育中的各种关系,以使教育改革和发展走向完整和和谐。The way of thinking in education determines the educator＇s way of thought and speech.Although it is invisible,it controls the whole education and teaching activities.Hence it is of great urgency in education to realize a conversion from substantive thinking to relational thinking.Only when education is regarded as a relational entity and all relations are properly handled can the educational reform progress harmoniously.
