摘　　要：基于独立学院的层次地位和人才培养目标,根据商务英语专业的学科特点,以调查问卷的方式,分别从专业人才培养过程中涉及的师资队伍建设、课程设置、教材建设、教学方法及模式、实训实习基地建设的五个维度进行调查研究,发现并总结出了独立学院商务英语专业在应用型人才培养过程中存在的问题和不足,并就这些问题和不足提出应对策略。Based on the study of types and status of independence colleges,combined with the talent training objective of business English specialty, this paper found and summarized the problems and shortcomings in business English talent training in independent colleges through questionnaires,and put forward accontingly some methods to cope with the problems and to make up for the shortages in the training of high- quality applicable business talents in independent colleges.
