摘 要:目的了解2012年内蒙古自治区食源性致病菌的污染现状。方法按照2012年《全国食源性致病菌监测工作手册》标准操作程序进行,对市售的7类食品进行阪崎肠杆菌、大肠埃希菌O157∶H7/NM、单核细胞增生李斯特菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、蜡样芽胞杆菌、沙门菌、志贺菌、大肠埃希菌O104等8种食源性致病菌监测。结果 2300份样品中共检出阳性菌株151株,总检出率为6.57%。其中蜡样芽胞杆菌和单核细胞增生李斯特菌污染比较严重,检出率为10.96%(55/502)和3.40%(51/1 502);金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门菌和阪崎肠杆菌检出率分别为1.10%(22/2 000)、1.05%(22/2 100)和0.50%(1/200)。7类食品中生畜肉污染最严重,检出率13.00%(52/400),其次是婴幼儿食品,检出率12.50%(25/200)。结论监测的7类食品中,除蔬菜及其制品、水果及其制品类未检出阳性样本外,其他类别食品均存在食源性致病菌不同程度的污染,具有导致食源性疾病的潜在危险。Objective To investigate the current contamination status of main food-borne pathogens in Inner Mongolia in2012.Methods Eight kinds of food-borne pathogens such as Enterobacter sakazakii,Escherichia coli O157∶ H7 /NM,Listeria monocytogenes,Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus cereus,Salmonella,Shigella,Escherichia coli O104 were monitored in 7 categories of foods according to the standard operation procedures in the"Handbook for national food-borne pathogens surveillance".Results One hundred and fifty-one pathogenic strains were isolated from 2300 food samples(6.57%).The positive rate for Bacillus cereus was the highest(10.96%,55 /502),followed by Listeria monocytogenes(3.40%,51 /1 502),Staphylococcus aureus(1.10%,22 /2 000),Salmonella(1.05%,22 /2 100) and Enterobacter sakazakii(0.50%,1 /200).It was found that raw meat was most contaminated by the food-borne pathogens(13.00%,52 /400),followed by infants food(12.50%,25 /200).Conclusion Except vegetables,fruit and their related products from the 7 kinds of foods tested,food-borne pathogens were detected in other kinds of food samples to different degree,indicating potential dangers leading to food-borne diseases.
