摘  要:非正规学习是终身学习的实现形式之一,终身学习需求的急剧增长对非正规学习的发展提出了更高要求。澳大利亚的非正规学习认证主要通过本国资格框架中的正规学习认证进行,虽然有一定的针对性,但区分性不强。为保证非正规学习的健康发展,适应不同学习者的需求,澳大利亚不断完善非正规学习认证,以学习者为中心,努力清除认识、观念、经济、制度等方面的障碍。Non-formal learning is one of the realizing forms of life-long learning. The rapid growth of lifelong learning needs put forward higher requirements for the development of non-formal learning. The non-formal learning certifications are mainly done by the national qualifications framework in the informal learning certification in Australia. Although it is targeted, the distinction is not strong. In order to ensure the healthy development of non-formal learning, to meet the needs of different learners in Australia, the certification of non-formal learning should be constantly improved, learners should be centered, and obstacles in understanding, concept, economic and institutional should be cleared away.
