摘  要:目的了解南宁市食品中食源性致病菌污染状况,为防控食源性疾病提供科学依据。方法按照定点随机采样的原则采集市售的10类193份食品样品,按照国家规定的标准检验方法和《广西食源性致病菌监测工作手册》规定的检测技术对食源性致病菌进行分离、培养、鉴定。结果从193份各类食品中检出致病菌25株,总检出率为12.95%(25/193)。其中腊样芽胞杆菌检出率为63.64%(14/22),金黄色葡萄球菌检出率为5.75%(10/174),单核细胞增生李斯特菌检出率为0.65%(1/155)。结论南宁市市售食品有不同程度的食源性致病菌污染现象,存在食品安全隐患,应该引起相关部门的重视。Objective To analyze food borne pathogens contamination of foods in Nanning City, provide scientific basis for the control and prevention of food borne diseases. Methods 10 categories 193 samples of foods collected from market were isolated, cultured and identified according to the national standard methods and Handbook of the food -borne pathogenic bacteria monitoring in Guangxi. Results 25 bacterial pathogens been detected among 193 samples of all kinds of foods, the total detection rate was 12.95% (25/193) . The detection rates of Bacillus cereus, staphylococcus aureus and listeria monocytogenes were 63.64% (14/22) , 5.75% (25/193) and 0. 65% (1/115) respectively. Conclusions There are varying degrees of food borne pathogens contamination and potential safety danger exist in foods market of Nanning city, should cause the at- tention of relevant departments.
