摘  要:目的:研究快速检测方法对食用植物油的检测精确度,为其推广应用提供科学依据。方法:采用快速检测方法、国标法进行食用植物油检测的对照研究。结果:快速检测法对食用植物油的检测合格率为97.9%,与国标组无统计学差异,并且快速检测法与国标组符合率为97.9%,灵敏度为97.9%。结论:快速检测法与国标组的符合率较高,重复性较好,灵敏度较高,能够满足现场监督检测的需要,具有在现场监督和重大活动保障中推广的潜力。[Objective] To research the accuracy of rapid detection for edible vegetable oil, and provide the scientific basis for its popu- larization and application. [Methods] The fast detection method and national standard method were used into control study for edible vegeta- ble oil. [Results] The qualified rate of edible vegetable oil was also 97. 9% , there was no significant differences in the qualified rate with the national standard method, the coincidence rate was 97.9% between the rapid detection method and the national standard method, the sensitivity of the rapid detection method was 97.9%. [Conclusion] The coincidence rate between rapid detection method and GB group were high, the rapid detection method had a better repeatability and good sensitivity, which could meet the need of on-site supervision and in- spection, and had the potential for the promotion in the site supervision and major events security.
