摘 要:不同成熟时期的番茄,其果皮和隔壁部位的乙烯释放量与脂肪氧合酶(LOX)活性变化趋势一致;外施LOX底物亚油酸、亚麻酸,可促进番茄组织的乙烯释放,而非LOX底物的饱和脂肪酸对乙烯释放没有明显的促进作用;外施LOX代谢产物茉莉酮酸、愈创木酸亦可促进乙烯释放,而LOX抑制剂对乙烯释放有抑制作用。对LOX及LOX途径与番茄乙烯释放及衰老生理的关系做了讨论。The results of this article indicate that changes in ethylene production correlated with changes in LOX activity in pericarp and columella of tomato fruits(Lycoperiscon exculentu Mill cv.Caruso)at different stages after harvest. Application of LA and LNA,the substrates of LOX,results in increase of ethylene production,and the promoting capacity of fatty acid is only specific to substrates of LOX Promotion of ethylene production can also be observed after treating with JA and TA,the metabolites of LOX.While inhibitors of LOX,nPG and NDGA can inhibit ethylene production.LOX,LOX pathway and their relation to ethylene production and senescence of tomato fruits are also discussed.
