试论高师本科教学工作合格评估指标的合理性

摘　　要：本文通过对 1 996年原国家教委《高等师范学校本科教学工作评估方案 (试行 )》和1 999年教育部《高等师范学校本科教学工作合格评估方案 (试行 )》的比较研究 ,充分肯定了新评估方案的科学性与合理性 ,并结合评估操作实际 ,提出了评估方案中一些值得深入探讨的问题。This paper reports the comparative studies of 《Teaching Evaluation Plan for Normal Universities (for trial implementation)》 by the former National Educational Commission in 1996 and 《Quality Evaluation Plan for Undergraduate Education at Normal Universities (for trial implementation)》 by the Ministry of Education in 1999. We think the new plan is more scientific and rational. This paper also poses some problems worthy of discussion about the plan based on the actual evaluation.
