豫北地区农村初中素质教育现状分析

摘　　要：本文通过对新乡、焦作等地农村初中教育现状的调查，分析了农村初中素质教育的特点，为师专全面开展教育素质提供了客观依据，并提出了师专全面开展素质教育的初步构想。This article analyses the features of the quality education in the rural primary middle schools through the investigation to the present educational condition of the rural middle schools in the areas of Xinxiang, Jiaozuo, etc, to provide the objective basis for promoting thoroughly the quality education in the teacher's colleges,and puts forward the tentative ideas for the thorough promotion to the quality education in the teacher's colleges.
