摘　　要：茶色素用氯仿除去样品中咖啡因的干扰 ,再用酸性乙醇提取有效成分 ,以没食子酸为对照品 ,采用紫外分光光度法测定茶色素胶囊中总多酚的含量 ,平均回收率为 99.35 % ,RSD为 0 .5 8%。方法简便 。The total polyphenols in tea pigment capsules was determined by UV spectrophotometry. Chloroform was used to remove the interference of caffeine in sample, and active components were extracted by acidified alcohol, then the total content of polyphenols was determined in accordance with gallic acid, and the average recovery was 99.3%, with RSD 0.58%.
