摘　　要：本文根据素质教育的要求提出：改革传统教学手段，拓展课堂空间视野；改革传统 课堂教学结构，构建自主创新型课堂教学模式；改革传统题海训练模式，增大物理课堂视角 。This thesis is about reforming traditional teaching methods and openi ng up the space field of vision in class;Reforming traditional teaching structur es and forming new teaching patterns;Reforming traditional training ways,avoidin g doing too many exercise problems and increasing the visual angles in physics c lasses.
