摘 要:结合生物学科的特点,在组织师范学生在开展大型的生物课外活动中,采取对学生形式多样的训练,积极挖掘学生内在潜能,培养学生多种能力,使学生的素质得到提高。学生的全面发展,反过来也促进了生物学科的素质提高。At present, the reforms in education nationwide are focused on the promotion of quality education as the mainstream, for which school teachers of various kinds are supposed to bear full responsibilities. Therefore, normal sclools, the cradle of would-be teachers, should give priority to quality education. Based on the characteristics of biology syllabus, extracurricular activities have been frequently organised by us teachers for the purpose of students participation, and measures have been taken in earnest for students' training in order to tap their potentials and cultivate their versatile abilities. As a result,studeuts' overall qualities have been greatly inproved to our satisfaction, which,in turn,forms a strong boost to the quality education in biology.
