摘  要:德育教师的素质将对大学生的思想及行为产生有效影响和积极作用 ,德育教师的教育教学行为对大学生产生的心理效应从根本上影响着德育的质量。所以提高大学德育教师的素质 ,是当前高校“两课”教学改革和师德师风建设中不可忽视的一个重要问题。大学德育教师除了要具备和所有教师相同的素质外 ,还特别要具备和提高思想政治素质、品德素质、法律素质。The Qualities of university moral education teachers, will have an efficent influence and a positive role on the thoughts and behaviors of the university students. The teachers' teaching and educating behaviors make a psychological impact on the university students, which essentially affects the qualities of moral education . So improving the qualities of university moral education teachers is an important problem, which can not be neglected, in the university 'two courses ' teaching reform and the teachers' morality construction presently. Besides the qualities which all the teachers have had teachers ; engaged in moral education, should have and improve the following qualities ideology and politics quality morality quality, law quality, knowledge quality and creativity quality.
