摘　　要：本文从科技、教育的发展和高校教师队伍建设三方面 ,对高校教师继续教育的必要性作了阐述 ,进而就高校教师的继续教育的内容、目标。From the three aspects of the development of science and technology, education ,and the team constructions of college teachers ,this article discusses the necessity of the continuous education of college teachers. And the author puts forward some advice on contents, goals, channels, and methods of implementation for college teachers' continuous education.
