摘　　要：本文从提出问题、剖析问题入手 ,提出了“基地”建设的两个特色问题 ;一是以柳州为轴心的区域性特色 ;In this thesis,we put forward two characteristic problems in “base'construction:one is to constuct the regional characteristics by focusing on Liuzhou,another,is to form the teaching characteristics by laying the emphasis on engineering courses.We can reflect and construct our characteristics through objective guidance,system construction,training level,practice traing area,and so on,so that we can push forward the development process of the “base'.
