摘　　要：高等学校教师劳动的有效管理是提高教学质量的重要因素 ,也是高校管理中的一道难题。文章提出 :高校管理者要管好“该管的事” ,不管“不该管的事” ,要把激发教师的内在积极性作为高校教师劳动管理的根本 。The efficient administration of higher learning institutes teachers work is an important factor of promoting teaching quality and is also a dilemma for higher learning institutes administration.This paper states that administration must get the right things done,not to do inept things.Inspiring teachers inner activities is foundamental for the administration while efficient overseeing must be carried out.
