摘 要:在0.015mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液中D( +)_木糖于 -1.72V处产生一个灵敏的极谱波 ,导数波高与木糖质量浓度在0.03~4g/L范围内呈线性关系 ,据此建立了测定微量D( +)_木糖的极谱分析法,该法检出限为3.2×10-3g/L,研究了极谱波性质、电极反应机理及电子转移数,证明木糖在该条件下所产生的极谱波受前行化学反应速度控制;该法简单、快速,并成功地用于玉米芯、甘蔗渣水解液中木糖含量的测定。D(+) _ Xylose can be reduced with a sensitive polarographic wave at -1.72 V(vs SCE) in 0.015 mol/L NaOH solution, and its derivative wave height is proportional to the mass concentration of xylose in the range of 0.03~4 g/L. On these grounds a polarographic method for the determination of D(+) _ xylose was established with a detection limit of 3.2×10-3 g/L. The polarographic behaviors of the wave, the mechanism and the amount of transferred electron in electrode reaction have been studied. Experiments showed that the polarographic wave occurred in experimental condition was controlled by both the rate of front chemical reaction and diffusion.
