摘 要:对栀子黄色素提取工艺进行了研究。改进了传统的浸提工艺 ,即通过单因素和正交实验确定优化工艺条件 ;研究了用微波法提取栀子黄色素的工艺条件 ,采用提取功率 2 10 W、5 0 0 g/ L乙醇水溶液为提取剂、提取时间 80 s、提取级数 2级、料液比 1∶ 12 ,色素提取率达98.4% ,色价 5 6 .94,优于传统工艺。Extraction technology of gardenia yellow pigment was checked and modified in this study.Based on traditional methos,an improved technology is applied,that is to determine the optimal technological conditions with single factor & orthogonal experiments;In the meantime,MAE was tried and used in the exaction of gardenia yellow pigment,the concrete exaction conditions & results were respectively:exaction power 210 w,500 g/L alcohol/water solution as exacton solvent,exaction period 80 s,2 exaction stages,ratio of material to liquor 1∶12;exaction yield of the pigment 98.4%,color value 56.94 and better than that in traditional methods.
