摘 要:粮食的低温储存是国际公认的科学、无污染储粮方式。低温能够减缓谷物颗粒的新陈代谢 ;抑制虫霉和微生物生长 ,有效减少储粮损失 ,减少药物熏蒸污染。特别是对粮食保鲜、延缓粮食品质陈化有明显的效果。谷物冷却机则是实现粮食全年低温储存的重要设备。本文对低温储粮和谷物冷却机的基本原理、性能 。The technique of cold storage of grain is one international recognized way of the science and non pollution storage. The grain under the low temperature condition can lower grain metabolism and restrain the growth of mould, insect and microorganism in the grain depot, so that it can reduce the loss of grain and the pollution of the fumigation, especially it can keep the grain fresh and lower the grain quality aging. The Grain Chiller is an important equipment to keep the grain under the low temperature in full year. This paper explain the basic principle?performance of cold grain storage and mechanical chilling facility. It also explains the reform to Grain Chiller in China.
