摘　　要：用气相色谱法 (手性毛细管柱 )成功地测定了乳酸乙酯的对映体纯度 ;测定 (± )_乳酸乙酯的相对标准偏差为0.13%～0.66% ,相对误差为0.045 %～4.0% ;该法具有高效、高选择性、高灵敏度、操作简便等优点。A GC method for the determination of enantiopurity of (±) _ ethyl lactate was developed. This method proved to be efficient, sensitive and precise. A relative standard deviation of 0.13%～0.66%(n=3) and a relative error of 0.045%～4.0% of the method for the determination of enatiopurity of (±) _ ethyl lactate were obtained.
