硕士研究生选拔培养中存在问题及其对策

摘　　要：分析了在培养与选拔硕士研究生的过程中存在诸多问题 ,如选拔过程中重分数轻技能、教育过程中重理论轻实践、课程设置陈旧、毕业论文选题肤浅、毕业答辩把关不严等等 ,并针对当前研究生教育体制中存在的一些弊端 ,提出应在录取选拔中突出潜能、思想工作中突出动力、课程设置中突出能力等具有建设性的解决方法。The authors point out many such problems in the postgraduate selection and education in the selection process as focuses on marks rather than on ability, focuses on theory rather than on practice, and fashioned curricula. In order to tackle these problems, the authors give the following suggestions. First, potentials should be emphasized in the selection process. Second, study motives should be intensified in moral education. Third, abilities should be highlighted in the curriculum arrangement.
