摘　　要：给出了加权总体最小二乘 (WTLS)问题可解的充分必要条件 ,并在它可解时 。In this paper,sufficient and necessary condition of the Weighted Total Least Squares Problem(WTLS) is given.And the original sets of WTLS problem is also given when WTLS problem is soluble.
