摘　　要：本文从体育教学中对学生实行个性化教育 ,改革体育教学模式、教学方法和教学评价体系、创造一个生动活泼的教学氛围、建立一种民主和谐的师生关系等几个方面 。The essay touches upon various aspects in physical education, such as cultivating students' individuality, reforming the patterns of physical education, reconstructing the systems of the ways and evaluation of physical education, creating a lovely and interesting teaching atmosphere and building up a democratic and harmonious relationship between the teachers and students, and at the same time explores the ways and methods of cultivating the students' spirit of making innovations in physical education.
