摘 要:[目的]在中医专业《普通生物学》课程中,探讨班内隐性分层、小组合作学习的教学模式。[方法]实验组学生依据其文理科偏好性、前期学科成绩的加权平均分、问卷调查、侧面访谈等,按4~5人/组隐性分设高、中、低三个教学层次。根据不同层次学生设定不同的教学目标,并结合小组合作模式进行分层指导与分层评价,同时未分层班级作为对照组。最后利用两组学生在前测与后测成绩的数据比较和问卷调查,进行教学效果分析。[结果]成绩测试表明实验组在本课程的知识掌握程度上明显强于对照组,且存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。对学生的问卷调查结果显示,实验组学生在四个方面(即学习兴趣、团队协作能力、启发思维能力、自主学习能力)均优于对照组学生。[结论]班内隐性分层、小组合作教学模式,既能综合考虑学生的知识基础、能力水平等具体差异,又能激发学生的学习兴趣、增强团队协作能力,起到了因材施教目的。[Objective]To expiore the implicit layered teaching and group cooperative learning model of general biology course in the traditional Chinese medical major.[Methods]According to their preference for liheral arts and sciences,weighted average scores of early academic performance,questionnaire survey and side interviews,the students in the experimental group were divided into three levels:high,middle and low.Different levels of students set different teaching objectives,combined with the group cooperation model,stratified guidance and evaluation,while not stratified classes as a control group. Through the data comparison and questionnaire survey between the experimental group and the control group,the teaching effect was analyzed.[Results] The results showed that the experimental group had better knowledge of the course than the control group,and there was statistical difference(P<0.05). The result of the questionnaire shows that the experimental group students are superior to the control group in four aspects:learning interest,teamwork ability,inspiring thinking ability and autonomous leaming ability.[Conclusion]The teaching mode of implieit stratification and group cooperation in class can not only comprehensively consider the specific differences of students'knowledge base and ability level,but also stimulate students'interest in learning and enhance their teamwork ability.
