摘  要:以员工创新行为作为出发点,运用多元回归统计分析方法探讨了企业中领导授权赋能对员工创造力的影响路径及条件。来自中国国有企业768份样本的研究显示:领导授权赋能能够预测员工创新行为;差错处理能力在领导授权赋能与员工创新行为的关系中起部分中介作用;组织创新氛围在员工差错处理能力对其创新行为的影响关系中起调节作用,进一步而言,组织创新氛围调节了差错处理能力在领导授权赋能对员工创新行为影响关系中的中介作用。This paper takes the innovation behavior of employees as a starting point,uses a multiple regression statistical a- nalysis method to explore the impact path and conditions of the enterprise leadership empowerment on employee creativity. The 768samples study from state-owned enterprises in China show that:the leadership empowerment can predict employee innovation behavior;the mediating effect of error handling ability is in the relationship between leader empowerment and em- ployee innovation behavior;organizational innovation atmosphere play a moderating role in the impact relationship of employ- ee error handling ability on the innovation behavior of employee,furthermore,the organizational innovation atmosphere is'an moderator of the mediating role of the ability of error handling in the relationship between leadership empowerment and em- ployee innovation behavior.
