摘  要:目的研究单值质控图在生乳钙含量时间分辨荧光法快速测定中的应用,借助单值质控图表征合理地赋予被测量之间的分散性,了解测量结果所处的范围,分析影响测量结果的主要因素,从而减少测量的误差。方法利用纯牛奶核查样品(核查样品指质量控制测量中附有参考量值的物料,指定实验室检测样品的检测值),收集钙含量测定数据,分析和计算质量控制图参数,绘制质量控制图幵分析应用效果。结果单值质量控制图法实现了对生乳中钙含量测试结果控制,建立了一种预警响应机制。单值质量控制图法是实现问题快速查找的有效方法之一。结论单值质量控制图应用为实验室技术要素管理和考核评价提供依据。Objective To investigate the application of single-value quality control chart in the rapid determination of calcium content in raw milk by time-resolved fluorescence method.With the help of single-value quality control chart,the dispersion between measured values can be given reasonably,the range of measurement results and the main factors affecting the measurement results can be analyzed,so as to reduce the measurement error. Methods Using milk to verify samples (check samples refer to materials with reference values in quality control measurement,and designate laboratory test samples to detect values),the calcium content determination data was collect,quality control chart parameters were calculated and analyzed,the quality control chart was drew,and the application effect was analyzed.Results The control of calcium content in raw milk was realized by the single-value quality control chart method,and an early warning response mechanism was established.Single-value quality control chart method was one of the effective methods to find problems quickly.Conclusion The application of single-value quality control chart provides basis for laboratory technical factor management and assessment.
