摘　　要：我国法学教育历史悠久,但是当前高校法理学教学中还存在诸多问题,如教师见识少、读书少、思辨少,教学内容完全依托于教材,教学方式单一等。要提高我国高校法理学教学质量,需提高教师的人文素养,在教学内容方面要注重传授中国的"道",并推进教学方式创新。China's law education has a long history, but there are still many problems in the current law teaching in universities, such as less knowledge, less reading, less speculation, teaching contents completely relying on textbooks, single teaching methods and so on. To improve the teaching quality of jurisprudence in China's universities, we need to improve the humanistic quality of teachers, pay attention to the teaching content of "Tao" in China and promote the innovation of teaching methods.
