教育现代化背景下高职院校及教师素质要求探析

摘　　要：我国将在2020年基本实现教育现代化,到2030年全面实现教育现代化,面对教育现代化,高职院校应当在坚持党委领导下的校长负责制基础上,在产教融合、素质教育和继续教育等关键要素方面有所侧重,重点发力;高职教师应当有针对性的加强教育现代化观念,提高专业水平,增强实践能力和对教育信息技术的使用能力,以支撑和推动教育现代化实现。By 2020 education modernization will be basically realized in our country,and by 2030 it will be completely realized.High vocational colleges should put stress on the development of industry and education integration,quality education and further education on the bases of president accountability system under the leadership of the Party committee. Meanwhile,higher vocational teachers should targetly strengthen the concept of education modernization,improve the professional level,enlarge the ability of practice and education information technology using to uphold and push the realization of modern education.
