创造教育下对教师新形象的思考

摘　　要：全面推行素质教育是我国实施科教兴国的重大战略举措 ,科教兴国需要创造型人才 ,而创造型人才的培养要有创造型的新型教师 ,创造型的教师要在观念上创新、要有良好的心理素质、要有全面的智能结构、要有创新精神和创新能力。只有这样的教师才能培养出具有开拓精神、勇于探索、勇于创新的学生。It is a major strategical measure to carry out the quality education in an all-round way with the purpose of streng thening China by science and education.For attaining the goal,creative personel is in need,and training such personel requires creative teachers.Such teachers should have creative ideas,good psychological quality,complete intellectual structure,creative spirits and ability.Only such teachers can cultivate students with agressive spirits,active to make researchment,bold to blaze new trails.The new era has set a new demand on us.So we have to meet the requirement of the era so as to bring up creative students by means of quality education.
