摘　　要：激发学生的学习动力 ,调动学生的学习积极性是决定教学成败的关键之一。鼓励学生上讲台 ,参与课堂教学活动 。Successful teaching depends on many factors,among which to stimulate the students' motivation to study English and arouse their enthusiasm for English are absolutely vital.The effective approaches are to encourage the students to give English lessons themselves,to pay attention to teaching methods and value the factor of emotion.
