摘　　要：本文对知识经济与教育创新相结合的高等教育在知识经济社会中的重要意义、实施高等教育创新的条件等内容进行了探讨 ,并提出了知识经济条件下高等教育创新的主要内容。Based on the combination of the Knowledge-based Economy and the higher Education,the paper deals with the important meanings,conditions and contents of the Innovation of the higher Education in China under the situation of the Knowledge-based Economy.
