摘　　要：高等职业教育应该着重培养学生的什么素质。社会需要什么样的高职学员。本文从敬业精神、一专多能、善于合作和自学能力等方面加以阐述。what kind of qualities should higher professional education focus on to develop students?what kind of higher professional students are the society badly in need of?This paper attaches importance to such aspects as love for the profession,multiple abilities,good cooperation and self-education to discuss the training of higher professional students' quality of professional,quality of ability and quality of intelligence.
