摘　　要：体操教学能力的培养与训练是提高体操教学质量的重要环节。通过对锦州师专体育系 97、98两个年级在体操普修课上培养教学能力的实验研究 ,提出 14种教学能力的培养途径与方法 ,对于提高教学质量、提高学生教学能力 。The foster and training of students' gymnastic educational adility is the importart link of improving the quality of gymnastic education. Through the experimental research on training educational ability in compulsory subjects the author put forward 14 fostering channel and method of teaching ability . It's very importamt to improve the teaching quality , the students' educational ability as well as training the students' creative thoughts.
