摘　　要：学校体育是学校教育的重要组成部分 .体育课是学校体育教育的主要手段和基本组织形式 .体育课教学内容应从学生实际出发 ,选择简单易行 ,群众基础好 ,趣味性强 ,顺应时代发展 ,能体现学生个性的项目 .促使学生身心全面发展 .P.E is an essential part in school education,and P.E course is a chief basic means and a fundmental organization,it shout be characterized as easy and practical,enjoy mass basis and interest,adapt itself to the development of times,and embody the personalities of the students,so as to develop them in all respects.
